30-day money-back guarantee
The Rosewood Group offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans for the Nutrition Tracker. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.
How to request a refund
Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use the order email address from your purchase confirmation, or contact our support team through the in-app support channel and we will coordinate with Paddle on your behalf.
Subscription renewals
You can cancel a subscription at any time through paddle.net or via the account management link in your purchase confirmation email. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds for renewal charges are considered on a case-by-case basis and generally granted where the renewal was unexpected and the Service has not been actively used in the new billing period.
Processing time
Approved refunds are typically processed by Paddle within 3–10 business days to the original payment method.
